Forgetting to breathe
I am forgetting to breath. Involuntarily I stop breathing. After 5-10 seconds I feel the need of air then i wanting try to take some air. When i stop breathing i feel uneasy and need for air.. Voluntary breathing is not happening. I always need to focus and breath which is also not helping. I will be breathing fine when i am about to fall asleep. I have PCOD problem. Please tell me what is the issue. How can I make my breathing Normal
