Foreskin tight not rolling back
Hi Doctor, My son age is 4.5 years old, when his urinate his penis becomes like ballon at the tip of penis hole. His foreskin is tight and doesnt roll back. He doesn't have any problem or pain but I am worried if he have to do Circumcision. Please advise.

Balooning at 4 years is not normal.. Must try cleaning and apply neosporin H ointment twice daily for 14 days. If no loosening of skin observed then it is better to get circumcision done. It is a safe surgery.
