Foreskin sticks to glans and glans has a little whiteness to it and is completely dry. Any reason for that??? and could you please suggest the name of any topical corticosteroid creams that I can buy at the pharmacist to treat acquired phimosis

Hello it could be because of fungal infection of your glans penis, use zole - F ointment which has combination of antifungal and steroid.
For phimosis Treatments may include: gentle daily manual retraction, topical corticosteroid ointment application or circumcision.
