Foreskin retraction

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I don't have foreskin retraction problem but when erect, foreskin doesn't automatically retract. I am able to manually retract without any pain though.

Thanks for your query. There does not appear to be any problem. As long as there is no pain and you can clean under the foreskin easily when bathing you don't need further assessment. If there is pain with erection or penetration a tight foreskin can cause problems with maintaining an erection and early ejaculation. If in doubt please get examined by a urologist.
