Foreskin problem
When I masturbate my penis glans doesn't come out of the foreskin. I also tried to make out once with my partner then also the glans didn't come out. But it comes out only when I pull my foreskin back to wash it in a normal state.
Usually in excited or erect state it doesn't comes out on it's own and even if I try to pull back my foreskin it doesn't comes out.
Is it a normal thing which will be solved on it's own or should I seek medical help. I am 22 as of now
