Foreskin issues
My foreskin is causing pain during intercourse as it's getting streched. I had it ruptured once before during the process and it healed over time. But I am still having issues while getting intimate as it hurts a lot when the foreskin gets pulled beyond usual during the process.

It can be tight frenulum of penis. Frenulum connects foreskin to undersurface of glans. If pain there only frenuloplasty is the best solution
