Foreskin infection after chicken pox
I saw a type of blisters in my foreskin in 7th day of chicken pox. I cleaned it with betadine solution and applied an antifungal ointment for 3 days. Some discharge were also coming from the blisters. Without seeing any improvement, I applied antibiotic ointment for 2 days instead of antifungal ointment.. But it was just comfortable and discharge was gone. In the meantime, an outbreak of infection noticed in my foreskin and it spread. There was a pain during Pulling the skin. I consulted with doctor. He adviced me to apply MICOGENT ointment for 2 times. But the infection texture is changing. I'm confused to continue the medication. Want to get proper guidance. After applying this ointment, pain has gone, but infection is not. Please help.
