Foreskin got tight
Over the past few months, I've noticed red marks and rashes on the tip of my penis, followed by an itchy sensation and skin tears on the foreskin. My foreskin has become tight, making it difficult at times to retract it. Even after proper cleaning, there's a presence of white, semi-solid substance under the foreskin.
