Foreskin doesn't retract
My foreskin doesn't retract and pains when I try to glide it over the penis head. I don't masterbate (r/nofap) so I'm not in the habit of pulling it down slowly everyday. Will I be able to have a normal sex life? What advice would you give me apart from circumcision?
