Foreskin doesn't glide easily when erect

Hi doctors, two years ago I realised that I had a severe case of phimosis where I could not retract while even flaccid. After using finger stretching during lockdown, I can retract the foreskin easily when erect but I need to apply little pressure to move it back and forth. Can you suggest me some ointment or cream to help me with the final stretching because I see no development since last 1 month.

Skin not retracting back after erection can be a concern as there is a risk of paraphimosis (skin getting entrapped at glans part).Better to get circumcision done by consulting local urologist..This can alleviate ur problems even aftr ur marriage..
