Foreign Body in Throat

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I noticed a hole in the back of my throat where I noticed a white substance as well. Due to which I always feel that something is stuck and feel very uncomfortable. Should I be worried??? Need help.

It is most likely a keratotic plug (dead skin accumulation) in the tonsillar crypt ( hole). Nothing serious. Generally keeps shedding off & reforms. You may apply a gentle pressure with the back of your tooth brush to express it out.
