Foreign body in eye. In far objects!

I have short sightedness and I use only glasses Last Sunday (26-09-21) had a feeling of something in eye "gritty feeling only in left eye but no redness, pain nor watering" so consulted eye doctor on Monday . He examined and removed foreign body on cornea and followed by ciplox eye drops 4 times a day for 5 days Everyday I kept a track on scar like thing on cornea .whether it's healing or not "i can still see white opacity like on scar after 4 days" But no redness nor watering . Sometimes I feel the pain or irritation. in or near eye which I believe happns due to tension (something is going on inside my eye and I can't concentrate on my studies) And when I close right eye and try to see only through left eye I can see bit of double vision in far objects
