Forehead sides cluster acne - Full Quest

1. I always had an mild acne problem since puberty 2. My acne pertained to 1 - 2 bumps a month and at times none 3. An year ago I started applying coconut oil as moisturizer 4. It really helped me clear my acne and help with my skin tone but after a year I started noticing a lot of closed comedones on the sides of my face 5. Soon, my forehead was covered in closed comedones with a higher density on the sides and temples 6. As soon as I moved to a hotter place amd got some sun exposure my skin exploded 7. All closed comedones started to convert into cystic acne 8. Peculiarity was that I only had it on the sides of my forehead and none at the centre 9. Rest of my face was clear 10. I wanted to know if anyone has ever seen such a case where acne is localised in the sides of the forehead and occurs in a cluster (rash like which spreads)
