My left arm was broken completely both radius & ulna at 1/3 position. It has been 11 weeks , I want to know when weight training exercise can be possible?

Your xray reveals quite a good job has been done callus formation is good .You can start day to day activity after 12 weeks but avoid driving a two wheeler for next 2 to 3 mths you can report to a physio for active supination and pronation. Flexion and extension at elbow can also be started .hope u r satisfied
