I have a problem of DNS to right side and allergic rhinitis and nasal blockage.I have also a problem of SOB.I want to know will i need to operate for the DNS problem and is the SOB causing from nose or chest.I have also done pft which reveals airway obstruction and mild restriction in pft report.I am also using avamys spray and montair fx.Please advice.Thank you

You seem to be suffering from allergic airway disorder which usually will be associated with turbinate hypertrophy. DNA as such has no correlation with allergy symptoms and may be a incidental finding. You may need to take anti Histamine tablets, steroid nasal sprays along with steroid bronchodialator inhalers for long term benefits. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
