Hi
It's normal for a 4 month old to eject milk when nipples are pressed due to the effect of maternal hormones.
But if there is redness around the nipples or it's hard to touch or if the child is running temperature: then you need to physically consult a paddy to rule out infection.
Health Tips
Do not press or try to milk out the nipples
Do not do warm compresses

Please mention if there is any redness around the nipple is baby crying when you touch ....also there is a possibility that it's milk produced to hormonal transition after being born
