Hi.. Saw your face images, Firsty don't never prick the pimples by nails & never squeeze it. Wash & scrub your Face with Lukewarm water & triphala powder, don't use soap. Apply Erimedadi oil on face After scrubbing keep it for 2-3 hour daily 2-3 times a day after that Apply Lepa containing Ananta+triphala+manjishita + haldi + vidang+ shirish + Kadhir+ umbar powder mix properly & than take little powder mix it water & apply thin layer on face & take after it becomes dry. Hello....... it is usually common at this age , due to harmonal secretion , Thick or greasy make-up may, possibly, make acne worse. Picking and squeezing the spots may cause further inflammation and scarring.wash face twice daily with mild soap and lukewarm water. .Today, there are many effective acne treatments. But it doesnot mean that virtually every case of acne can be controlled. Many people can treat mild acne with products like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid . if your looking for chemical peel or laser technique consult dermatologist
