My foot got swollen and also felt heavy. I just came back from a long trip (10days) and during and after the trip my foot got swollen. My height is 5ft weight is 85(overweight) I am trying to reduce weight by dieting and excercise. Facing problem with feet from a long way back. Pain in knee, numbness by long sitting or standing, swollen feet, pain etc. my periods are regular (28 days) but last month first time got delayed by 10 days. I am not pregnant, periods got over 5 days back. What would be the reason for this foot swollen? Thyroid? Or arthritis? And what could be the cure from this? If only weight loss can help then I am trying. Please help. Also I have high blood pressure taking stemlo 5 daily as per doctor's advice previously.
