Getting foot joint pain and swelling . Sometime fingers and wrist also get swelling and pain . It increases at night

Uric acid estimation to be done in serum.if it is elevated,.febuxostat 40-80mgod after dinner dependiñg on the level of increment .NSAIDS prednisolone may be required to get relief from pain. Water intake to be increased.

In current situation you can take pain killers for some time and also hot packs to relive pain.but the condition may need evaluation and could be inflmmatory arthritis or related condition
