Foot injury
I stepped on my foot wrong and it made a popping sound.
24 hours have passed since then. Initially there was swelling which has reduced. Although pain is still there when I apply load on it. I am not able to move on that foot. No bruise or disfigurement is noticeable. I am applying ice as of now. What to do?
