Foot Infection due to insect bite

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Some insect has bitten at my foot due to which it started getting red and my foot is swollen now. It is paining as well. I have visited dermatologist also but swelling had increased. Please let me know which doctor shall I consult for the same.
