My foot feel hot and pain. Sometimes burning sensation because of this I feel inside body warm but no fever

Looks like peripheral neuropathy. Diabetes and vitamin deficiencies should be checked for.

tests like fbs ppbs cbc and b12 levels should be done. consultation with clear history wud help
