Foot and heel pain
I'm suffering from heel and foot pain over a 1 month not able to walk properly due to this pain there is no sweet and inflammation around my feets

Heel and sole pain at this age is mainly due to wrong footwear. I recomnd you to change and get a soft sole foot wear first. Use these all the time, even at home. If ur doing running snd sports on hard surface, please stop for few days.
