Get your daily calcium by popping a tab, chugging milk or eating yoghurt. It’ll keep your bones strong. Remember that your bone density declines after the age of 30. You need at least 200 milligrams daily, which you should combine with magnesium, or it simply won’t be absorbed.

Masturbation doesn't cause any problem. For your libido and good sexual life keep yourself hydrated. Drink loads of water. Have fruits like water melons, musk melons, citrus fruits, more of green leafy vegetables,  start some regular exercise and meditation in any form daily that wil help improve your overall sexual life and fitness in general.
