I have irregular periods and trying to conceive. I won't exactly know when I have conceived unless I check it with the kit every now and then. Should PAPAYA and PINEAPPLE be avoided while trying to conceive? Or how much quantity of intake is okay?

Irregular periods point towards anovulation ( egg does not get released ) I would suggest to get a through check up , to regularise your periods.
Raw papaya and pineapple have a substance called bromalien which could cause uterine contractions.
Moderate intake of these fruits in the ripe form should not cause any harm.
Actually any food in moderation can be consumed just avoid junk foods n try to eat healthy, Papaya n pineapple to avoid in pregnancy is a myth but there r many other fruits to consume so if u feel doubtful then it is better to be avoided
You can eat all the types of healthy food while you’re trying to conceive. Fruits like papaya and pineapple can also be taken once you are trying to conceive. You can stop taking them once you get to know that you have conceived. Avoid eating junk food, fried food items, bakery items. Try to cut down on the sugar intake. Take more sprouts ,greens ,veggies and whole cereals
Next Steps
Apart from food ;try to exercise and workout and maintain healthy active lifestyle.
