  4. Food struck in throat or chest. Doctor?

Food struck in throat or chest
I ate carrots following which i feel something struck in down throat or chest and also feeling something painfull and uncomfortable I ate hot water and noticing carrot pieces coming back up. But still I have that heavy feeling Will it pass on its own or do I need to visit doctor?
