Food is strucking in the throat
Since last two weeks I am having hungerness but whenever I eat, it is getting strucked in the throat and getting uncomfortable burps. Also motion is smelly. Feeling uncomfortable in the stomach after motion. One day I got fever but now no fever. Kindly suggest medication

• Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind • Avoid cabbage  cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating • donot lie immediately after having food •  sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach  full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion • have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals •  lie on left side while sleeping •  keep your head end  elevated while sleeping
