  4. Food poisoning. Mins and again get back!

I had food poisoning for 3 days. My vomiting has completely stopped and my motions are getting back to normal not completely fine. But my stomach cramps are real bad and not getting cured. No medicine has any effect on them. Stomach cramps come for like 1 min and go away for ten mins and again get back
