Once cancer is cured by operation, how much is probability to come back? and is that any chance to come back in future or is it genetic?

after appropriate treatment depending on the type and stage of cancer it can still come back due to presence of cancer stem cells but after appropriate treatment usually the chances of coming back is small.Not all cancers are genetic.
