Hello good afternoon!! Glad to see that you are conscious about your baby’s health and also want to introduce nutritious food to your baby !! But while doing this you need to consider few important things like whenever you want to introduce any new food make it more palatable for eg Rajama which is high protein and nutritious but by soaking and sprouting it will be easy to digest for babies and also it increases its nutritive value . Any grains which can be sprouted is easily digestible so follow this .after sprouting u can cook and give it to baby in mashed form / porridge/ gruel as per baby’s need . Also as it’s first time keep food diary so that u can notice any digestion issues and note it down .start with small quantity if baby accepts well then slowly increase the amount . Anything bother consult your Pediatrician take care !!
