Food diet for 8th week pregnancy
I m in 8th week of pregnancy, is it OK to have pav bhaji ,wheat pizza thin crust during my first trimester. Wanted to have some change in taste . Anything I take like groundnut , onion ,not suiting me ,get immediate vomiting n no smell is good .

Can take above but not on every day basis. Pav has refined carbs not healthy. Can insteadhave wraps with your choice of filling.
