Can 1)gotu kola (thankuni pata) cause any liver damage or indigestion problem if taken in empty stomach few leaves?2) can we have raw papaya piece in empty stomach? 3) can we take tulsi leaves ok empty stomach? 4) taking roasted paper can increase blood pressure?

Hi Please take advise from an Ayurvedic expert regs gotu Kola on taking empty stomach upon waking … You may take tulsi leaves but not raw papaya as it may cause indigestion and bloating as well with mild stomach issues . So raw papayya is not advised to take on empty stomach after wakeup... Please contact through practo for more details and analysis.. Thankyou

Yes u can take tulsi leaves empty stomach ,dont take raw papaya empty stomach .need more information about u so contatact me for detailed conversation through practo .
