Food after first trimester
Is there anything that I should avoid eating after first trimester is over. I have been avoiding pineapple, Maggie, packed fruit juice, coffee until now. Shall I continue not eating these. Also, any specific thing that I should or shouldn't do as per doc in the beginning of 4th month.

Hi, it's good that you are avoiding junk food. Caffeinated drinks are anyways not good for anybody's health. As regards any kind of fruit, if eaten in moderate quantities, it is not a problem. In allopathy we go more by the nutritive value rather than myths surrounding any type of food For more information you can log on to my website www.mygynaecworld.com
