Hi folvite plain only have folic acid as a content whereas folvite mb has additional vitamin b12 , u can take any of it though folvite MB is preferable

Can start with folic acid alone.
If B12 deficient then can take together
Once pregnancy confirmed switch over to follow MB

Folvite mb is combination of vit b12 +folic acid.
So more preferred
