I have started taking folvite 5 mg for 3 days but now thinking of taking folvite active. As am not pregnant yet but planning. So is it better to take folvite active than folvite 5 mg? Can i stop folvite 5 mg and start folvite active now? Will there be any side effects for stopping folvite 5mg after taking 3 tablets?
