F1=follicle 1,F2=follicle 2,f2 collapsed means it ruptured so you are ovulating

F1 and F2 are follicle 1 and follicle 2.
F2 collapsed means that the Follicle 2 didn't reach the stage of rupture of the follicle. It perished before that stage.
