Difficult to say as they are quite big. Try as instructed by your doctor and if you don't succeed,rule out ovarian cysts next cycle.

No these follicles will not rupture as you have formed follicular cysts. You can still try for pregnancy naturally, if you're lucky it may happen. Else get a scan done after your periods to check if the cysts have disappeared
