Hello.... Urine pregnancy test is sufficient to confirm pregnancy ...ovarian ultrasound is not required ... If you are pregnant uterus shows gestational sac ...polycystic ovarian syndrome presents with irregular periods, hirsutism, weight gain.. Ultrasound ovay shows multiple small cyst at periphery of ovaries... Consult gynaecologist with report
