This is ruptured follicle and egg release on day 12

You need to go for double intrauterine insemination on day 13 and 14
Health Tips
If intrauterine insemination is not possible then joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown
Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown
Continue Fol 123
Avoid lifting weights and stress and travel
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Take milk with turmeric at night
Take a boiled egg daily

it looks normal egg is ruptured . try for pregnancy 4 to 5 days .. if you tried 2 days before rupturing of egg means means very good..
