Follicle rupture
On Day 16 my follicle size was 26mm and i have taken the trigger injection and on Day 20 the follicle is 20mm does it means it is ruptured??

No. If it had ruptured it would not have been seen or only the wall of the follicle would have been seen. By it being 20 mm it implies that it has shriveled up and after some time it will become an Atretic Follicle (in medical language). The trigger was given rather late.
