Folic acid intake during pregnancy
I am 13 week pregnant.i was taking folic acid 5mg till my 3rd month now my dr. has prescribed me orofer xt in which quantity of folic acid is just 1.1mg is it enough or should i continue both orofer xt and folitas together.

There is no need to take folic acid separately now. Finish your earlier strip and stop. Continue orofer xt.
