My folic acid is only 0.24 ng/ml. My vitamin B3 is also only 0.38 ng/ml What tablet dosage should i take per day to get it back to normal...

Isolated folic acid deficiency is rare, It is with VitB12 deficiency and linked more to malabsorption than decreased dietary intake. VitB3 is very less as per reports, patients have pellagra like symyptoms, Diarrohea Dementia and Dermatitis, You will get Folic acid in tablet form, And VitB3 in any multivitamin combination, Please consult to find cause of these vitamin deficiency
