Folding in areola
I sometimes have this kind of folding in areola appearing from the top of nipple going into the areola, its happening for quite few years now I think, I'm attaching the picture for reference, please kindly see and let me know if it's normal or does cancerous change cause this kind of folding, because I have read it somewhere. Pls reply

This type of changes can occur due to hormonal changes. This is unlikely to be cancerous change. You need to watch out for recent nipple retraction, skin eczema and skin puckering..
