I hv taken a course of antibiotic on advice, It was gone.. then after few weeks there was scaley, mild itchy , ring worm infestation type appearance on my nipple areola complex of the same breast..it also gone after a month with out intervention.. recently I have got some tiny ( very tiny) watery blister type rash on my both breast skin....it is not painfull but mild itchy..also that same scaley, itchy type appearance on the nipple areola complex of another breast.. no abnormal discharge from the nipple.. no pain, burning by touching of sucking the brast..no palpable mass on self examination.. no vissible swelling, no nipple retraction. is it a sign of  breast cancer? pegat disease?
