Fol 123 or macfolate
I am 5 weeks pregnant. My haemoglobin is 10.3
My previous Dr. Had suggested me fol 123. But since now I have shifted to a new place I had to change my Dr. This new Dr. Has suggested me to take macfolate. Which medicine should I take since the composition of the medicine are different? I think my haemoglobin is a bit low for pregnancy

Both are folic acid . You can take any of them . The chief composition should be folic acid . Rest doesn't matter
