  4. Foamy urine. And all is okkay.

Foamy urine
I am getting foamy urine for 4-5 days. Frequency of urination is every 60-90 min. Serum creatinine and all is okkay.

You are most likely having urine infection. Get an urine routine and microscopic examination and urine culture done. Take advice of nephrologist to start appropriate antibiotics.
