Actually fluoxetine long term may cause certain change in morphology motility and epigenetics of sperm DNA however majority of men can have children naturally on treatment with fluoxetine However long term ssri effect decreases libido delayed ejaculation erectile dysfunction which can indirectly effect the fertility However many men can have kids naturally However ssri usage by father doesn’t have much impact on the baby although it might cause small epigenetic damages to sperm dna
Next Steps
However if u r very much concerned about fertility u can opt for cognitive behavioural therapy and alternative medicines
