The best way is to cross-taper fluoxetine with sertraline and go for pregnancy, as it is considered the safest anti-anxiety in pregnancy.

This medication is safe during pregnancy. If you have not conceived yet, you can consult and we'll start you on other medication which is more safe and tolerable during pregnancy than fluoxetine.

Please consult with a psychiatrist, because it needs proper history and evaluation of your illness before commenting anything about your medication .
