You will require cosmetic treatment called veneers.it's just masking the stains.

Please visit your nearest Dentist for a proper consultation. It is probably nothing serious and can be fixed by change of Drinking Water supply as the water could contain excess Flourides.
Next Steps
1. Drink Bottled water or RO purifier Water ( Aquaguard and similar companies) 2. Consult your dentist for Cosmetic Treatment (As per Dentists Suggestion) 3. Ask for Partial Veneers for just the affected teeth.

Hi Veneers or capping is a good option. Good quality caps or veneers starts at around 7-9k per tooth Regards
