Fluid/urine ejected with semen
I have been noticing this lately that, whenever I am having an orgasm and ejaculating some form of urine/ watery fluid is being released. I did not have this before but, it has been occuring very recently. I feel my weight might be the issue. But unsure. Hope to find an answer to it.

It's best if you get that checked, by doing semen analysis.
Usually it could be lubricants, but still things will get clear once reports are done also get urine routine done with it.

You can give the fluid for lab investigation to find our if its urine or precuum.
